Good Sportsmanship is the very best thing to have when working together in anything.
Sportsmanship is good when it is used in many places such as:

Job

School Etc.
If you use sportsmanship when you work
together as a group, everything will go as planned and at the end of the day,
you will feel good. If everyone were to use good sportsmanship all days in the
job, sport, etc. would go just fine without anything bad going on. When it
comes to working together, good sportsmanship is EVERYTHING.
