I think that this statement is true. It all depends if you do
it every day. What you do every day is a custom and you are used to it and by
doing other things that are good for you daily, then you will soon adapt those
things into your routine slowly. Once you adapt those things, then it will be
so much easier for you to be successful practicing those things every day. All you
have to do is try something new, and see if you can make it go into your
schedule, if you can, well try to do that every day, if you can’t, try to find
something else that will not only fit into your schedule, but also benefit you.
