I think that this statement is
true. There is nothing better than to sleep with a clear conscience. If your conscience
is not clear, then you will not live a peaceful life. You will be in regret or
doubt, or any other emotion you might have toward something you did. It is best
to clear up your thoughts and feelings towards what you did and be at peace.
Nothing is better than going to sleep without anything on your mind or anything
going on in your heart. Stay pure and don’t let things bring you down and mess
you up.
